Obie was super-engaged on this hike! He was looking out of the backpack the whole time, and screaming with excitement when we would pass under low-hanging branches. Tikka was bounding along, in heaven as usual. We didn't make it up all the way, since we started in the afternoon, but we scouted out half the trail for a future trip. Obie slept the whole way back down.
