At 4:45am on Monday, June 13, we arrived at the hospital. At 4:59am, we were admitted into a room. ONE MINUTE LATER, at 5:00am, Beth delivered a healthy baby boy. Introducing Asa Matan Coldewey! By 8:15am, the whole family was back home, each one of us resting, happy, and a little dazed, trying to make sense of what just happened.
Asa joins Obie and Emmet to make ours a three boy family (!!!), and he shares a birthday with his Grandpa John. Welcome to the world, Asa!
